Admission
Admission to the Sixth Form will be for any student who meets the minimum academic standards:
- At least a grade 4 in English (Language or Literature) and 4 in mathematics;
- A minimum GCSE Best 8 Point Score of 35.
All students must also meet the specific entry requirements for the subjects they wish to study (see 'Entry Requirements' below).
The PAN for external students is 50.

Sixth Form Open Evening

Sixth Form Open Evening for 2026 Entry will take place on Thursday 27 November 2025 between 4pm-7pm

The Head of Sixth Form Talk for internal students in Franklin and Turing Houses and external students will be at 5pm

The Head of Sixth Form Talk for internal students in Attenborough and Seacole Houses will be at 6pm

Application
Applications for Queens' Sixth Form will be made via Applicaa.
Applications will open on Monday 15 December at 9am.
Applications will close on Friday 16 January at 2pm.
