Queens' School Students Help Hertfordshire Retain County Title

Over the summer, five Queens' School students proudly represented Hertfordshire Basketball, helping to continue the county's success on the regional stage.

Omari represented Hertfordshire at the Under-15 level, while Xavier, Tiago, Neriah and Alexandria were all selected for the Under-17 squad.

The summer proved to be another successful one for Hertfordshire Basketball, with the county crowned Back-to-Back Champions, successfully defending the title they won in 2025 by winning again in 2026.

Representing your county is a significant achievement and reflects the dedication, hard work and commitment shown by our students throughout the year. Competing against some of the best young players in the region has provided invaluable experience that they will now bring back to the Queens' School programme.

We are incredibly proud of Omari, Xavier, Tiago, Neriah and Alexandria for representing both their school and county with distinction, and congratulate the entire Hertfordshire Basketball programme on becoming back-to-back county champions. We look forward to seeing our players build on this success during the upcoming season. 

Academy Coach Crowned Aspire National Champion

Congratulations to Queens' School Academy Coach Derek McIntosh, who enjoyed an outstanding summer after leading his team to victory in both the Basketball England Aspire 3x3 and 5v5 National Tournaments.
