School Uniform

A high standard of personal appearance is expected of all students and anyone arriving at school without correct uniform must get a note from their Head of House at the start of the day. Notes will not be given or accepted from parents/carers to excuse trainers being worn – school plimsolls will be given instead as a temporary measure but this does not mean students can wear their own.
- Full school uniform must be worn on journeys to and from school.
- Jewellery and body/facial piercings (except watches and one pair of plain gold or silver stud earrings) are forbidden.
- Students must not modify uniform in anyway in order to follow current fashions.
- Make-up must be discrete (not noticeable). Nail varnish must not be worn.
