Procedure for Dealing with Malpractice in Examinations and Assessments

| Malpractice consists of those acts which undermine the integrity and validity of the examination or assessment, the certification of qualifications and/or damage the authority of those responsible for conducting the assessment and certification. |
| Queens’ School will not tolerate actions or attempted actions of malpractice by students or staff. Every case of suspected Malpractice must be reported to the Head of Centre, Examinations Officer or in the case of BTEC qualifications the Quality Nominee. |
| The Policy and Procedure mentioned below will then be followed. This is designed to ensure that all decisions are consistent, fair and based on the fullest information available. |
